What did you need from us?

We engaged SWE to install additional heavy duty supplies for some specialist production equipment in our factory, significantly increasing our supply capacity and, in turn, or production capacity!

Why did you choose South West Electrics?

We were aware of your reputation and needed someone we could trust to deliver such a substantial project, on time and within budget! Being a Cornish business ourselves, we knew our companies shared the same values and would collaborate well together.

Why didn’t you go with another provider?

We felt that other providers lacked the personal touch – it was as if we knew Ryan and the team personally by the time the work began, which resulted in a seamless installation.

What was your opinion of your SWE engineers’ ability and professionalism?

Flawless! The installation was completed efficiently and with minimum disruption to our daily business. The engineers communicated what they were doing very well and left no waste – they really felt like part of our team for the time they were here!

Was the work done and service provided at a fair price?

Every aspect of our brief was met, and I can recall many instances where you recommended and delivered improvements to our specifications that we were not aware of. There was a lot of value in the price we paid.

How was the quality of the work?

Faultless! We haven’t had any issues with the cables since they were put in place and they have continued to perform flawlessly – completely to brief!

What was important to you about how we worked?

At every stage of the installation, we knew exactly what was being put in place and how it would impact our business. The power supply is essential to our daily work, so being able to plan around this with minimum disruption was paramount and you certainly delivered!

How did we meet your expectations?

The work was to a high standard and your entire team conducted themselves professionally and politely from beginning to end. You clearly had a thorough understanding of our industry and were well-versed in this kind of installation, performing it quickly and effectively.

Most definitely. Your work is on par with any electrical company I’ve encountered before, with our investment immediately making a difference both on our day-to-day activities and long term prospects.
